Experience a well-loved Southern tradition at your event, we specialize in serving slow, wood-smoked Pit BBQ meats including Pork Shoulder (Pulled Pork), Beef Brisket, Baby Back Ribs and Roasted Whole Hogs, all prepared to a perfect, smoky tenderness. Our secret barbecue rubs and sauces have been refined over many years, and are exclusively our own! Most of all of the smoking will be done on-site, and our experienced pit BBQ chefs and grill crew always strive for flavor excellence.
