hog slow roasted, cooked to perfection, carved & served. All
hogs are U.S.D.A inspected to insure the highest quality product.
The hog is rubbed down with spices and my special sauce then
cooked for up to ten hours in the smoker. For the fire, we use
the finest Mesquite hardwood lump charcoal and a mix of oak
hardwood and fruitwood. There's nothing like a slow roasted
hog cooked right at your house to entertain your family & friends
and we do all of the work! |
